Dark & Smooth

Based on the roasty aroma when grinding, pleasantly surprised by how smooth this was in the cup.

We almost universally prefer lighter roasts, but would not hesitate to recommend Bear Moon to those who like rich & dark. Definitely appreciate how this roast is able to showcase the complex dark chocolate notes without so much of the bitterness that can sometimes accompany them. The finish is clean too, bright but not bitter. (Which I sometimes have trouble differentiating!)

It will stand up to being absolutely drowned in milk, so excellent option for heavily flavored drinks that you still want to taste like coffee!

Rich and delicious

This coffee has an incredible rich, balanced flavor blend of coffee and dark chocolate. No bitterness at all. My new favorite!

Trail Buddy is an easy drinking dark roast that highlights the smooth, dark chocolate taste of this blend of Brazilian and Guatemalan coffee. We also taste some nuttiness in the cup with a round finish.
