A recurring coffee subscription provides a 10% savings off the list price of the product. We have two subscription options available:
- Delivery every two weeks
- Delivery every four weeks
To subscribe simply browse our selection of coffee and for those products available for subscription there will be a “Subscribe and Save 10%” option available to select when adding the product to your cart. Select this option and the delivery frequency, then select the size and whether ground or whole bean and add the products to your cart to complete the checkout process. An order will be created and you will be charged based on the frequency of delivery selected.
You can manage your subscription by creating an account on our website. If you don’t already have an account, select the “Log In” link at the top right of the web page and then “Create Account” on the next page. Now that you have an account you can manage several aspects of your subscription.
- Change products, including size and whether ground or whole bean
- Update product quantity
- Add products
- Remove products
- Change delivery frequency
- Skip next order and payment
- Apply discount codes
- Pause or resume your subscription
- Cancel your subscription ☹
Subscriptions do require a minimum of two orders before they can be cancelled.
